About this Session

Everyone loves data, right?

No matter what industry you work in, having data available as a resource is invaluable for content designers and UX writers. From quantitative data sets in large AB tests to smaller qualitative targeted UX research, data can help drive content decision making. But not every company has robust options for getting user data, and not every content decision should be data-driven.In this session, we’ll discuss:

  • Scalable methods you can use in your everyday workflows when you don’t have big or small data available for your product
  • Crafting content rationale from small UX research to large AB tests
  • How and when to balance user data and our intuition to create high quality content
