1.1 The Future Product Days (or “event”) is organised by Westwerk Events ApS (hereinafter “Westwerk”), registered at Vestergade 49B, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. By registering for the event (by purchasing a ticket), you accept the following Terms and Conditions.
2.1 To register for physical attendance, you must either purchase your ticket through futureproductdays.com / tickets.futureproductdays.com or by contacting our support team. Your registration is first completed and accepted, once you have received a written confirmation either through our ticketing system or through our support team.
2.2 Weswerk reserves the right to cancel your registration or ticket in the event of incorrect or incomplete payment, utilisation of an invalid discount code, or any other fraudulent activities.
3.3 If you choose to pay by invoice, the standard payment terms are 10 days net, unless agreed otherwise.
3.1 Westwerk reserves the right to change prices for the event at any given time but changes will not affect tickets already purchased.
3.2 Payments must be made by either credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
3.3 All prices are subject to local tax regulations and all physical tickets are subject to 25 % Danish VAT.
4.1 Ticket purchases through our website or our support team cannot be withdrawn or cancelled and no refunds will be paid.
5.1 For reasons beyond Westwerk's control such as but not limited to illness, accidents or government restrictions, it may be required for Westwerk to alter the event’s advertised format, content, location and/or timing. Westwerk reserves the right to such adjustments at any time.
5.2 In cases where Westwerk changes the date of the event, you will be offered the option to get your full ticket price refunded. In case Westwerk changes the physical location of the on-site part of the event to more than 30 km from the advertised event site, you will be offered to have your ticket fully refunded.
5.3 In case of the event being canceled, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price as soon as possible
5.4. Other than in situations described in 5.1, 5.2 or 5.3, changes to the event format, content or location do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or price reductions. In the event that speakers that have been announced on the conference website, cannot attend the conference due to illness or personal reasons, Westwerk will do its utmost to find an adequate replacement covering the same or another relevant topic.
5.5 Westwerk is not in any way liable for travel-related costs incurred by the attendee if the conference has to be relocated, canceled or postponed. Travel-related costs that Westwerk under no circumstance is responsible for are plane or train tickets, hotel costs, insurances or any other costs related to the attendee’s journey.
6.1 Any content presented during the event is the intellectual property of Westwerk and must not be filmed, copied or distributed without written consent.
6.2 To the extent that any Content is made available online, Westwerk reserves the right to suspend or remove access to such content after a reasonable time or after at least two months.
6.3 By registering for or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy. You furthermore give your consent that Westwerk and other event partners and sponsors are allowed to film and take pictures during the event, including pictures and films of the audience and guests and that such material can be used without any restrictions.
7.1 All tickets purchased are for your own personal use or that of your company only. No tickets of any category must be resold without Westwerks prior consent.
8.1 Legal disputes are to be settled at the court of Sønderborg, Denmark.
8.3 If any section of these Terms and Conditions should turn out to be not applicable, the remaining sections will still be in effect.
