Andrej Balaz is a Staff Researcher at Miro, specializing in service and UX design, strategy, and growth. He collaborates with teams to attract and retain customers by understanding how people make decisions about what to try next. Before joining Miro, Andrej worked as a consultant on projects for Google, Netgear, Bosch Healthcare, Deutsche Bahn, Ericsson, BMW, as well as various startups and NGOs. He has designed solutions for diverse audiences, including bus drivers, factory workers, and high school students. His work is driven by curiosity and a passion for incorporating human stories into the design of products and services.
