Daina is a service designer and researcher with 10 years of experience working across operational and strategic projects. In recent years, her focus has shifted more and more towards employee experience, applying a truly human-centered approach to design. She explores questions of leadership, workplace culture, and how to create environments where employees thrive - because when people thrive, they do their best. On a daily basis Daina crafts tailored sessions that empower teams to align on values, define their purpose, and build a strong foundation for collaboration, as well as coach individuals helping them to get clarity and reach their goals.
