After getting a taste of market research, she discovered her enthusiasm for user research at Xing, which ultimately led her to join Otto (GmbH & Co KG), one of the largest e-commerce retailers in Europe. For over six years at Otto, Mara has focused on generating actionable insights and driving customer-centered product development, particularly in the after-sales customer journey. She has further developed the work with customer feedback at Otto, raised it to a new level with AI and is continuing to get the most out of it.
