Stephan has over 20 years of experience in various UX roles. With a background in Computer Science and Usability Engineering, he began his career in 2005 with user research and creating user experiences for various e-commerce projects. Since joining Siemens Healthineers in 2010, he has gained extensive experience in user-centered development, primarily in the context of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. His work spans creating products and services for image acquisition, post-processing, and clinical reading. In his role as Senior Key Expert for Workflow Driven Innovations, he focuses on innovations that improve clinical workflows in radiology. Together with a talented team of User Experience Designers, he strongly supports the company's mission: We pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everywhere, sustainably.
