About this Session
We hardly know about Design Teams that do not want to create an impact. But we've learned a lot about disengagement stuck progression and missing enablement that hinders them to create this impact. But how can we untie this? How can we give our designers the power to develop themselves and level up?
The key is autonomy and authority by making them accountable for themselves. On behalf of our self-organized Communities of Practice we found the balance between a safe space to enable and develop our designers while adhering to the company’s business goals and strategy.
In this session you will learn about some key aspects of this concept
- What's the purpose of the community and how does it align with business goals and strategy of the company
- What kind of roles, ceremonies and processes drive the Community
- How does the community support the managers in terms of people development?
- How do we grant the space and the capacity to work on the Self-Enablement?
- Does the model really pay off?
