About this workshop

Welcome to an intensive and dynamic UX workshop, where you’ll collaborate with fellow UX professionals on a real-world case provided by a company. This is your chance to deep-dive into identifying and defining ”the right thing” to do—working within constraints and making decisions without the ability to conduct research on the day.

Workshop structure

The workshop is divided into three key phases:

1. UX Fundamentals – A shared foundation to ensure all participants have a practical starting point.

2. Casework – The main part of the workshop, where you’ll analyze, define, and refine a UX concept.

3. Presentation and reflection – Teams present their solutions, discuss different approaches, and reflect on key takeaways.

Atmosphere and learning outcomes

This workshop takes place in a high-energy, collaborative environment, fostering hands-on learning and professional discussions. You’ll get inspiration from your peers, challenge your own UX methods, and experience the power of teamwork in solving complex UX challenges.

Join us for an engaging, thought-provoking session that will push your UX thinking and problem-solving skills to the next level!
